At RegionalCare Hospital Partners we believe that our greatest responsibility is to provide the highest level of care to all our patients. This commitment is evident in two areas of focus – high quality and safety.

The commitment to great care begins and ends with providing care that is safe. “Safety Always” is our commitment to providing safe care to every patient, every time.  Commitment to safety is not just a check list or nationally reported report card, rather it is a comprehensive cultural transformation that revolves around safety for every patient.  We don’t just talk about safety; we have actually put in place proven safety behaviors that minimize the incidence of unsafe events.  Every employee at every RegionalCare hospital has undergone an intensive safety training program that is a requirement for working at our facilities.  The result of this commitment and training has had a dramatic impact on improving care and decreasing serious safety events at RegionalCare hospitals.

The second area of focus is the delivery of high-quality care. Through our daily rigor and focus on the details, we are continually improving in both the clinical quality and patient perceptions. This quality care is measured through routine indicators approved by CMS, the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, and other state and appropriate local regulatory bodies.  In 2015, we have achieved the best results in the history of the company.  The most notable of which is the absence of hospital-acquired infections and results on Value Based Purchasing results of greater than 1.0 (resulting in no performance penalties) for all hospitals in the system.
