Partnerships
Partnerships with those we serve are critical to our success.
We have always made it a priority to work closely with physicians, hospital employees, community leaders, hospital trustees, and the community at large. Now, through RegionalCare Hospital Partners, we are taking our partnerships to a whole new level.
This is our pledge: that we are in partnership with the communities we serve, bringing together our collective skills, resources, and experiences to improve the way that healthcare is delivered.
Our Partners
The community and it’s leaders – We know that the hospital is crucial to the vitality of its constituency. It is a community trust, essential to the overall health and well-being to all it serves. We take the opportunity to work in partnership with any community as an opportunity to join together to meet the health care needs of all citizens. Our experience in working side-by-side with regional business and service leaders has been very proactive and a link that we view as essential for any health care organization. This is essential, joining together to improve the vibrancy and health of the community.
Hospital employees – Hospital employees are the backbone of the healthcare system. It is by choice, not chance, that people elect to work in a health care setting and we recognize and respect that commitment. RegionalCare will work with you to fully support a culture where we celebrate success as we develop the best possible place to both provide and receive care. We provide the tools and programs that take what each hospital has already built to the next level in becoming an organization that makes a major difference in people’s lives every day.
Physicians - We believe that our alignment and collaboration with members of the medical staff are essential. We view our partnership with physicians as key to the future growth and success of any hospital and we will work with the medical staff and its leadership to identify opportunities for growth and investment.
Hospital trustees – The boards of the hospitals we serve are essential and active partners with our collaborative work in leading the hospital. The boards are made up entirely of local business and service leaders as well as physicians and, as a group, provide critical leadership of the hospital. Trustees are our window to the community, our front line collaborators. The role of RegionalCare is to come alongside and work to advance the board’s cause to elevate the hospital’s local impact. The boards of RegionalCare hospitals continue to provide direction, oversight and connection to the community.
